Alba Vineyard won numerous “Best of Show” and “Best of Class” awards as well as Double Gold and Gold Medals at prestigious national and international wine competitions, besting competition from around the world. Top prizes have been awarded to a wide range of Alba's wines including its Chardonnay, Riesling, Chambourcin and dessert wines.

Cape May is New Jersey's southernmost winery, within a few miles of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Delaware Bay. These waters moderate winter temperatures and allow Cape May Winery to grow Vinifera varieties including Chardonnay, Riesling, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Opened in 1994, the winery is now under the ownership of Toby Craig, whose wine knowledge stems from his ownership of the award-winning Washington Inn Restaurant in Cape May, which his family still owns. A beautiful new winery and tasting room is open seven days a week for sampling and sales.

Owner Sergio Neri has a long background in the wine-making business. Several generations of his family have owned a vineyard and winery in Italy's Tuscany region. Wine buffs will be familiar with the location – the world-renowned Brunello di Montalcino region, famous for its Super Tuscan wines. Hopewell Valley Vineyard specializes in Italian varietals and vinifera wines. In addition, the beautiful tasting room offers upscale gifts and Tuscan olive oil made by the Neri family in Italy.

The Laurita Winery has 40 acres under vine and focuses on making wines from grapes that are recognized and accepted worldwide, concentrating on the Vinifera, the classic European noble varieties. Their showcase winery is a destination in itself, with a café, educational area and tasting rooms all overlooking The Walkabout at Laurita Winery and the horse paddocks that accommodate the standardbred racehorses that are stabled and train on the vast property. A newly restored and renovated farmhouse, the Dancer Farm Bed & Breakfast Inn, offers guests the rustic appeal and setting of the original homestead as well as the elegance of designer appointed guest rooms.

Unionville Vineyards has a long-held reputation for being one of the best wineries in the State, winning more than 500 medals since its first vintage in 1992 for a wide range of wines include red, white, ice wines, and port wines. Their award-winning wines are reflection of the winemaking skills of Napa Valley veteran winemaker Cameron Stark. Founded in 1988, the winery features 90 acres (34 acres under vine), a restored 1858 dairy barn with sales and tasting room, gift shop and full commercial winery.
